I have a lot of templates to add. Re-ordering templates and being able to change the module that they appear in is vital. I'm not looking forward to populating my templates and adding new ad-hoc templates when things change. It's going to look like an ABSOLUTE MESS! I don't enjoy commenting on these portals because I know ideas (even the good logical ones) go into the Bermuda Triangle never to be seen again with some cases lucky to resurface years later.  But I just cannot believe Zoho, with all its advanced functionality, has missed this... I'm coming from an apparently inferior CRM system, and the ability to reorder email templates is a basic fundamental feature.
