Limit Flow Triggers

Limit Flow Triggers

Hello,
I'd like to narrow down the times that a flow is triggered ie: instead of having the flow execute every time a deal is updated, execute the flow only when a deal stage is changed from "Offer Submitted" to "Offer Accepted". I'm hoping to limit the amount of Flow uses because currently it triggers every time a deal is updated.
