Hello, we are new users to Zoho and running into an issue. Some of our agents are so excited to contact the leads that they don't always filter to their leads and we've run into the issue of agents contacting other agents leads.
is there a way to limit the leads that standard accounts can see?
is there a way to default the view to My Leads instead of All Leads?
I tried looking through FAQ's and the forum but i didn't see anything specific to this.
