We are using customised fields within a potential to track cerain activity.
However when I get to 10 it does not allow anymore.
We have some fairly complex procedures we need to adhere to and I have always found the easiest way manage a "checklist" is to entered the date when certain "steps" within that procedure is completed.
Am I right in saying that no history is created when fields are updated?
This makes an acknowledgement of when a "step" is completed all the more important.
Please advise if there is another way of acheiving this.
