Limitations on use of Free edition

Limitations on use of Free edition

Hi I have just moved from the 15 day trial to the Free Business Edition.
As soon as I have I have tried to log a call and send an email. i get an error box as soon as I click on either action saying

Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition

I have checked the pricing model and I see no notice of a limitation. 

P.S. I only logged one call in the Free edition so not much of a limit if this is true
