Limiting email loading into my Zoho CRM

I want to have ONLY the emails sent and received from my Zoho listed customers to show up in Zoho email and right now I have all my old emails loaded in there and every email I send is copying to Zoho as well. 
As CEO of this company with a subsidiary business as well I have lots of stuff I do not want cluttering my CRM nor do I want my CRM admin folks reading all my messages, some of which deal with sensitive issues and personnel.
