Line break in Multiline text when sending mail

Hi,

I have an issue with the line break in the multi line text box when sending mail.

1. The line break does not work, because line breaks is "deleted" and it shows only a long line of text. This is very inconvenient, as the lack of line break renders the text introduced unreadable. I have tried both HTML and PLAIN text messages. Are there work arounds for this?

2. I manage to maintain the line breaks using templates. The problem I have with this is a bug in Mail for iOS, where the message is truncated and only part of the first screen is showed. However, when replying to the message, the full message is showed and line break is working correctly. In other mail programs it is received correctly. The issue is that 80 % of users have iPhones...
