Zoho CRM is completely useless to me without the ability to add notes to a line item that I am quoting on. I see this as a single free form text box. This seems so rudimentary and easy to add as a single database field, that I am convinced that I am missing something. I just want to more fully describe an item, at the line item detail. This allows selling the same item with minor or major nuances of difference, even though it is the same item. Think cars: A Ford F-150 has many options that need to be detailed. A single text box could take care of this. What am I missing???????????? Thanks!
