Is there any way possible that you can add a feature that will allow me to link an email to a Potential when the email is to or from someone who is not a Contact of the Account associated with the Potential.  The inability to do this is killing me timewise and making Zoho CRM nearly impossible for me to stay in.

I am a Professional subscriber to Zoho CRM.  I use gmail as my primary email and I have installed the apps/extensions that integrate my gmail messages to and from Zoho CRM Contacts so that the gmail message is linked to the Contact record in Zoho CRM.  Here is my problem.  My process to successfully close a Potential involves working/coordinating sometimes with numerous persons who do not work for the Account associated with the Potential. I work for a railroad trying to win new freight customers.  So my Potentials are associated with the Account of the company that will become the freight customer if I succeed, for example the company for whom my railroad will haul cement.  But to capture that customer, I may have to communicate and coordinate with a) another railroad that would hand the freight car off to my railroad, b) a trucking company that may provide rail-to-truck trans-loading services as part of the cement freight trip, and c) my boss and several other employees of my company who are involved in determining the freight rates, and other factors that enable me to "close the deal."  

Yet I have no way to associate the emails and other communications to and from my fellow employees, the other railroad, or the trucking company that are necessary to closing the deal to the cement freight Potential because non of those people are Contacts of the cement company.  And I don't want to associate those outsiders to the Potential as Contacts (even if this were possible in Zoho CRM), because then I would have to sort through the dozens of emails that I have sent to my boss recently to find the one or two emails that I sent to him that relate to the cement Potential.  I want to be able to link/associate individual emails with a Potential  When I send or receive the email in gmail, I want a gadget somewhere in the gmail window that gives me the ability to open a field and choose one of my Potentials in Zoho CRM to link the email to so that the email will now show up in the Potential record. In other words, a Gadget that asks me "Do you want to associate this message with a Zoho CRM Potential?"

Without this, I am floundering trying to follow emails about a single Potential that are in 3 or 4 different locations in Zoho CRM and in gmail.
