Link Catagories in Zoho Business

Is it just my account, or is it across the board that the categories in Zoho Business are not functioning. I get a "Sorry, unable to process your request " Error -
Otherwise, thank you for a great product. I for one am looking forward to adding the Zoho mail to my business account -
