Two topic :
 • Drop down issues between "leads" and "accounts" :

When filling up a lead the "industry" standard drop down (where we have added new entries the "industry" information) does show up in the "account" name after conversion.

Our problem is that the new information added into the "industry" drop down in the "account"  does not show if we create an account without going through the lead process.

Industry drop down in "lead" and "account" do not seam to be the same. Is this normal ? Can i connect this ?
 • "Product" in "lead" not showing in "account"

One or more products are linked to a "lead". When we convert this lead we lose the product in the "account". We would like to keep it ? What should be the process on that.
