Hi Zoho community,

In an effort to implement GDPR best practices we are trying to put links in our CRM e-mails that would opt-out leads and contacts without them having to fill the unsubscribe form with their e-mail adress.

They need to go straight to a "you are unsubscribed" page when clicking the link.

Does anyone knows a way to do this with Zoho ?
