Link machines in CRM to Desk

Hello,

we are building up a database of machines per customer in CRM.
At the same time we would like to see that same database per customer in Desk.
The reason we need this is so we can create a new ticket and by selecting the customer you get an overview of which machines the customer has. So you can select one of the machines that is related to the ticket.

How can you make an automated connection between CRM and Desk regarding the machines, so that the data managed in CRM is also displayed in Desk real-time?
