Link received emails by "reply to" email address?

I need suggestions for a workaround to a problem I have. Hoping you can help.
I use a GDS site for booking hotels for my itineraries. When I make a booking I receive a confirmation for the GDS which arrives from the site's email (info@reserveonline.net). The "reply to" on this email is set to the hotel's email address.
In order to see this correspondance in the hotel's Zoho record, I have to add info@reserveonline.net as a secondary email in every hotel.
I book dozens of hotels from this website, and thus the emails come into Zoho and end up showing for all of the hotels in every hotel's Zoho record.

Is there a way to get around this? Some feature that will allow Zoho to file them based on the "reply to" email address?

Or perhaps some sort of Zap I could create to force the emails to be filed with their correct hotel?
