Link Tasks to Contacts/Accounts from Outlook
Ok - I come from using ACT and basically use Outlook as a "pass-through" to my Blackberry.
In ACT they created a way to "Link" an event or task to a contact/account by typing "LINK" in the Notes section when creating the event/task.
It would be nice if we could create an event/task on our handheld or in outlook and then when that task gets synced into Zoho CRM, it is already associated with the contact so we don't have to do it manually.
