In Dropbox I have a client folder for all my leads and contacts that I will drop documents into. They have a static address with the same URL that you can copy into the link "//www.dropbox.com/home/firstname/20lastname" This way in each lead or contact you can click your created link and go directly into the clients Dropbox folder.
