When I use the same graphic and schedule the post on LinkedIn the image gets resized to a thumbnail with instead. Is there any way to remedy this?

Currently, I schedule posts to my company page but have to manually post to my own profile to get the full image size to show. I use two different graphics sizes (company version and personal profile version).
