LinkedIn syncing

I have recently taken out a subscription to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I checked with Zoho Support regarding the timing for the upcoming link with Zoho CRM (this was reported on by Microsoft, who now own LinkedIn).

The answer I received from the Zoho support person this week is that this link is the responsibility of Microsoft.

The response I got from MS, who refuted Zoho; " I do know that Zoho is currently working to integrate the LinkedIn widget. I'm sorry, but they have not provided us any updates with the status of this. It is up to Zoho to build out the support for the widget, and LinkedIn is not involved with this process."

A tentative availability date from Zoho would be helpful!
