Hi,

I need to import 1500 new accounts and their associated call logs from the past 12 months into our exisiting Zoho CRM.

Each call log record has an 'Account Name' field and an 'ERP Code' field that corresponds to the same fields in the Account record.

I can get this data to import successfully, but I am struggling to get the call logs to link to their related accounts.

I have found conflicting information online about whether this is possible. - if it isn't is there likely to be a way to create an automation that can link these records together?
