linking companies and contacts to mass update.
I have been using zoho for several years, find it a great product and for the most part can circumnavigate any issues I encounter. However the MAJOR bug bearer for me is not being able to mass update between Contacts and Companies ie when the last result in a company is changed to "meeting" I want to be able to mass update all the contacts we might have in that company to "do not contact" I can only do this as a report. I can't search my contacts for company last results so that it brings them up as a group, its a major issue when you're trying to do mail shots and you have 5,000 contacts and don't want to send anything to the companies you've already met or are dealing with their colleagues etc. I realize I can do it one by one for each company but it makes being able to police the database so that people have the correct status against contacts near on impossible. Is there anything in the pipeline to address this? In short as it may sound confusing when I search my contacts and pick the criteria is there anything from the company side I can also include other than the present one option of company name?
