Linking details from Contacts to Potentials
I would like some of the details/fields entered in the Contacts to be automatically brought over to a new Potential. I have tried using lookup which didnt give the desired result. I basically dont want my client to have to re-enter details they would have already typed into Contacts, Any ideas? Thanks
