I am having a lot of difficulties linking GMAIL to my ZOHO account. What I would like is the following:

- A copy of all e-mails in my GMAIL account are sent to ZOHO CRM. 

- ZOHO CRM recognizes the incoming email adress, and links it to the right LEAD.
