Linking information from two forms together

Linking information from two forms together

I have two forms: One is a database, and one is from the Autumn term. If I add a person to the Autumn term, I want to be able to view this in the database as well, I want the class they have enrolled for & their booking number I have entered under the Autumn Term Form, to come up automatically in the Database view. Is this possible & if so, how can I link this?
