I am looking to move from Sugar CRM to Zoho, so am hoping it is capable of supporting my needs.

 

I run a B2C Financial Services company and so will use Contacts rather than Accounts.

 

Contacts can own Products, will have Notes attached and Tasks assigned.

 

However, I also need to be able to link Contacts into "Families". E.g. Husband and Wife, who can share Products, Notes, etc

 

In Sugar, I re-purposed Companies to be Clients and each client can have multiple Individuals. A Client may be of Type = Family.

 

However, I find this solution somewhat clunky, so am wondering if Zoho has a better alternative.
