I have an existing external list of Potentials, Contacts and Accounts that I plan to upload into my Zoho B2C CRM via CSV files. After I get them imported, I need the Potentials and Contacts to be linked to the Accounts in Zoho CRM. Is there a way to prep the data maybe just by matching the name or some other data field like account # or email to either make this automatic or at least easily done manually?
Alternately, can I upload Contacts and/or Potentials then either import or manually and individually create Accounts and link them to existing Potentials and/or Contacts?
