I hope my language is up to describing my problem you guys will be able to understand.

I have created a field in my accounts table which is a picklist called type.

I want to be able to view this information in the contact form and search criteria in contacts. Can I either do this or I would also consider mass updating across to a new pick list in the contacts table.

any ideas? :)
