How could I create a link to a PDF file on my HTML view? My app lets the user upload a drawing for each drawing number (via. Google Docs or local upload) but how can I create a link from my HTML view to the drawing so they can view it? The Drawing is in PDF format and ideally would be "downloaded" or "opened" via the PC or tablet software.

I'm not really sure what my options are so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great!
