I have an application which is a database full of work respondents. They fill in information themselves to be added my database.

I was wondering if there was a way to create a new application that interacts with the first one so I can add information in a form about them and there previous work because they will not be able to change any information once they submit it and I will only be able to add the work they do for me in the future.

So I would like something on the second application form like... a drop down box with everyone's name from the first application on and then add information into a box about what companies they have worked for me on and then save that information onto the first application? 

Haven't explained it great but that's the only way I can think to say it!

Probably wont be able too but it would make it a lot easier for me than going through the list of everyone on the first application and editing each record to write it in.
