We have created a job opening, doubling as candidate database in Zoho Recruit. It consists of screening questions and information for the candidates to fill. Our goal is to create a form directly in wordpress, and when submitting, the data will run straight to recruit from our webpage. We are having trouble doing so, do we need plugins, widgets  or coding?

We have attached a file that serves as an exaple of our goal, a webpage, in which the form is integrated, and does not require any further links, for the applicant to send the data to the company's zoho platform.
