When I go to Connections > Most Engaged, I can see our conversation. However, when I click on the person's name, which is a link, I get a Facebook error page:

"Sorry, this content isn't available right now. The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you're not in."

However, when I do a search for that person, I do see their profile. I notice that the Zoho link is very different from the actual URL.

Is the Zoho-to-Facebook link malformed? Should it work? Will this be fixed?
