I just saw the links option in the setup/customization page.

I have just set it so that I have a link on every contact page to see a list of my emails to this contact from my Gmail account.

I first searched in gmail for an email address.  I copied the URL that resulted.  Pasted the URL it into a new link setup using the field "email" from my Zoho CRM.

Now anytime I am looking at a contact I can instantly see all the emails from that person.  A huge saver for me.

I found very little info in the forum or in the knowledge base on Links.  How are others using this feature?
