I am not sure if this an isolated issue but I am enabling all the 'target' settings but my links won't open in a new page.

Not sure if it only LETS the person choose to open with a right click rather than forcing new tab.

Is there there a way to code this?

It should be noted that I'm also linking to PDF files uploaded into the members portal, don't know if that would impact the open in new tab feature.
