List mails from sender

When reviewing a folder:
1. Right clicking on the "From" part of the list one of the options is: "List mails from sender"
2. Selecting this option returns:
"No messages matched your Search"
This is despite looking at several emails from the same person/company on the first page alone.
This option seems to work in the "Inbox" but not in the Folders.

Is there a problem with my setup or is this a software issue in the process of being update or ?

Please let me know since this valuable feature facilitates email maintenance.
