List of bugs in new CRM filters etc.

Hi there,
While training my staff this week, we found numerous issues, which I think are bugs.

1. When creating a filter on any tab, with the headers, if I open a record, and then click the little arrow to return to the filter, I am instead returned to an unfiltered list.  So all the work I spend on creating a filter is lost.  This is a big usability issue.  What is the point of creating a filter if it is not at least remembered while viewing details of records.

2. Likewise, you provide arrows on the detail view to go forward and back through records, these arrow do NOT honor the filter!  So what is the point of filtering ?!?!

3. It would be great, if like Creator, I can create a filter and then SAVE it as a Saved View.  This is because sometimes it is more intuitive to create a filter than to use the Create/Edit View interface which doesn't show you what the live results are.

4. Likewise, Sheet View does not respect the filters.  So again, what is the point of filtering ?!?!

I'm assume the filter issues above are a BUG, as it is a big usability issue.

Now I have 2 feature requests:
1. Please add the ability to define a SORT when creating a Saved View.  The default sort of Last Modified is nearly always useless to us.  And I often need to create Views for my less computer savvy users.  So defining a sort saves me having to explain to them they will need to sort themselves everytime.  Also, I may want to sort on a column that I don't necessarily want to actually display.

2. Please add the new style of defining custom criteria parenthesis to the Automated Workflow criteria.
