We have a list of companies we want to do research and cold-call eventually. For now, we only have the business name and high level information like address, etc.
How can we manage this in Zoho? We cannot import into "Leads" because we don't have a Last Name on the mandatory field. The only possible place we've found is "Account", but by definition, this is still very early and doesn't feel like its the right place.
Or is Accounts the right place, but we need to set a "Type" so we know we still need to do research, once we have a person in the company, we manually create a Lead?
