1: Is it possible to add saluatation list to custom module ?

2: I uploaded 4K leads to my CRM and I would like to delete them. The leads were uploaded two weeks ago and cant be deleted through import history

3: When adding products , what do you think is the best way to keep track of items that would come in pairs for example ( I provide knee braces to my clients , sometimes the doctor wants one for th right and left , in my products module i created the same product twice and just changed the price for the cost of two) , is the any other ways to make this smoother.
