List of URLs in a textarea or other CRM account structure?

Hi. Is there any way to tag a link in a textarea to display as a URL? Would like to maintain a list of related URLs for each account, which can vary in number, and have them all display. Currently, can add as txt but they are not converted so looking for a [link]...[/link] block or some other solution.
