I am a bit stuck on my CRM setup... let me explain

I want to send emails ("mass mailing") to some contacts of specific customers.

-> I want to create a list across two modules (contacts and accounts), but it seems that this is not possible.

all contacts from accounts with account-field industrie = medical

or:

contacts where field department = marketing from accounts with account-field industrie = bank

I can do this with a report, but from this I cant use mailing...

So:

1. is there a way to to this anyway?

2. for the future, do I really need also save account(company)specific attributs in contacts?

3. how can I move field from company to contacts in a mass action?
