list view suggestions
In list views, it would be very helpful if one could:
- move the alphabetic nav bar to the top of the list rather than the bottom, which requires one to scroll to the bottom of the list to get to the "next" button if more than 10 records are viewed at a time.
- make it possible for the list to include more than 100 records
- have the system "remember" how many records the user likes to view at one time
