Hi,
I have difficulties about this crm concept and wondering to apply this scenario. I am selling monthly services, not physical products.
For example i got 10 leads in this month and i closed won 2 of them. Lead converted to Contact and Company. That means, i got 2 new clients.
From beginning to today i got 8 clients and 3 of them cancelled my services.
So i have now 8+2-3=7 active clients.
How can i list my active clients? How can i list my old clients? How can i manage this process on Zoho.
