I'm wondering to know if Zoho has, sometime, some problem with workflow functions.

Let me explain.

I have a form from Gravity forms.  When someone put his informations on it, it create a contact on zoho and, then, zoho send informations to quickbooks. It was working very well, but today, forms create new contact on Zoho but zoho send nothing to quickbook. To do it, I have to duplicate the contact. It mean, in this case, that when a contact is created from another place (Like a form from Gravity), Zoho doesn't consider is as a "new created contact".

Any solution ?
