We are working at setting up our ZOHO People for staff vacation requests, and for company checklists that need to be submiited. My co-workers and I were set ups administrators to develop our forms, but we had IT set up our hierarchies for permissions, and we have now lost the live chat feature.
We would like to be able to set-up employees, manage permissions, but we should not be able to see salaries and vacations as the managers do. Is this possible with ZOHO people?
What is the best way to get real-time support if we don't have the live chat button?
