Live Support Help Chat stop functioning on Enterprise Edition??
From the Help drop down I only see now: Manuals, Forum, Release Notes.
My company operates 5 different Zoho Accounts for my clients, all of them at the Enterprise level. One of the key reason that I selected this program for them, is that we have real time help through the online chat help desk.
I am reading on the release notes that the Help Desk is now only included in the CRM Plus!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. What kind of software company arbitrarily deletes the service(s) provided and then has the nerve to increase not only the existing module price (monthly fee of $35.00 is only available if paid annually) but moves the services that are core functionality into a newly created, more expensive module.... Without notice, I am actually quite shocked.
This certainly appears to be a money grab to make us upgrade to the new CRM PLUS, That would be an increase of $6000.00 per year for each of my 5 accounts.
Will be reconsidering my options for CRM products over the next few months.
