I'm an IT consultant in the UK and as much as I'd like to recommend many Zoho products, I simply cannot and will not do so until you make localisation consistent across the board.
Every time I start using a Zoho product, I have to go in and set my UK preferences, despite this being my account defaults. Even then, more often than not, small pockets of most applications STILL don't honour my settings.
Zoho CRM is today's culprit. Sign up, set my preferences to UK, create a task, and the hover text of an item on the "feed" page shows the date in the (awful) US mm/dd/yyyy format.
This isn't just some minor gripe. What date is 03/04/2016? Is this something that's late or I've got a few weeks to work on?
