Hi there,
I swapped my admin account email (which was an external email address used to open my Zoho account) for one of my custom domain email addresses. The process went through alright.
However during the next log in ( using my now custom domain email address serving as the admin username) the password was not accepted. After a number of tried, I decided to reset it. Zoho sent the reset link/ password to the very
custom domain email address which I had just reset!
Any ideas how to get back into it?
