Locked out of Admin Account - Account is Inactive?
Hello Zoho Team,
I am locked out of my
management@lagaviotatropical.com
account. When I go to reset the password, it says "Account is inactive."
The forwarding is still working for now, but I need to get back in to make sure the account doesn't close down.
Can you reset the password and send it to me?
