Locked out of admin email
I hope someone can help us. We have emailed 4 hours ago and sent a support ticket (recently). But as yet not had a reply.
We lost access to our emails, and admin email due to a problem with an encrypted database that stores our passwords. Stupidly I set my recovery email as the admin. (I intended to change this, but never got arround to it, but I will as soon as this is sorted).
There is a SSL certificate in my emails that is needed as soon as possible, it's mission critical for our business.
Please can someone help me recover our account quickly, we really desperately need it.
