The account locked me out because I used a VPN and now it requires verification from my recovery email but I don't have access to the old email anymore. I never turned on MFA and never set up this security feature so I didn't know I would need to keep the backup email. I have the password of course and I never logged out so I didn't expect the security to be this difficult. I can verify with my phone number if it's possible. If I had known they have so many security features I would have been more careful but it never said anything about this when I signed up. Can you please help me regain access to my admin account?
