Locked out of Zoho Mail
Please unlock my Zoho Mail. I am using Outlook 2013 with IMAP and yesterday it started taking forever to sync with my Zoho mail account. Unfortunately you keep blocking me so the process cannot finish and I get an error from Outlook saying that my provider is blocking IMAP access due to excessive use. I have been unlocking it from the control panel but now the control panel says I've unlocked too many times in past 24 hours. I don't understand what is going on but please restore my access permanently. Thank you.
