Locked out of Zoho on some accounts

Locked out of Zoho on some accounts

I have a number of email accounts held among 3 different hosting companies all accessed for many years in the one Zoho A/C.

This morning I discovered all the email accounts on one hosting account would not work and they were marked as DISABLED in the settings of Zoho but clicking on this did not change to ENABLED.

Receiving these error messages

Could not connect to the mail server. Kindly check if the mail server name and port settings are correct.


Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.irishshopper.com, Port: 587
